Digging up treasure❗️It's not a treasure hotel, it's a "treasure" hotel😡 Family members, I've lived in a hotel for so long, and this is the first time I've encountered such an outrageous thing. I must expose this Ibis hotel and avoid it! 🙅♀️! After checking in, I wanted to take a comfortable bath in the bathtub🛀, but the water leaked all over. The quality is really bad. I quickly contacted the front desk and changed the room. But as soon as I entered the new room, the pungent smell hit me😷. I felt like I could send people away on the spot, so I decisively refused to change rooms. That's not all. The security uncle's operation shocked me even more😲! He actually took the mop that was so dirty after mopping the bathroom floor and washed it directly in the sink🚿! After washing, he just patted his butt and left, without cleaning and disinfecting, and even picked up the floor drain and put it on the sink. This hygiene awareness is simply negative! I complained to the hotel immediately, thinking that the problem would be solved, but the same thing happened again the next day. I even wondered if I was acting out a "hotel horror" 😫! Finally, after my repeated requests, the hotel's solution was just an apology, and they were only willing to compensate 50% of the room rate for one night 💰. How can they treat beggars like this? What do they think of the customer experience? I wanted to relax when I stayed in the hotel, but it turned out to be a mess. The service and hygiene management of this hotel are simply rotten to the core.
